Step cooking
Prepare the products
- Pour cold water into a small pot and send it to the stove. As soon as the liquid boils, carefully dip 3 chicken eggs into it and cook them until tender. In order to prevent the eggs from bursting during the cooking process, first add 2 pinches of salt to the water. Pour boiled eggs with ice water and leave it in this form for 10 minutes. Thus, it will be easy to remove the shell without damaging the integrity of the protein. Rub the peeled eggs on a fine grater.
- Grind processed cheese in a similar way. In order for the processed cheese to be easily rubbed on and not collected in a lump, we send it to the freezer in advance for at least 30 minutes.
- We mix the crushed eggs and cheese in one container, and then add 60 ml of mayonnaise to them. Stir the components well until a homogeneous viscous mass is obtained, then set aside so that the components are thoroughly soaked with mayonnaise.
- Two small cucumbers thoroughly washed, and then chop them on a coarse grater.
- Carefully cut the skin from slightly salted salmon weighing about 200 g. Carefully check the fish for seeds, and if any, remove them.
- The flesh of the fish mode along, slicing it into thinnest slices.
- Fresh and crisp baguette cut into rings with a thickness of at least 1 cm.
Putting a sandwich
- Take a piece of baguette and evenly cover it with an egg-cheese mixture. We form a cucumber layer on top. Try not to get cucumber juice on the sandwich, it will only spoil the taste of goodies.
- On top of the cucumber we beautifully lay out a thin slice of slightly salted salmon.
- We spread the formed sandwiches on a flat large dish and serve it as a snack for guests.
