  3. Cheddar cheese, in the amount of 150 grams, rubbed on a coarse grater, add to pasta. We also put 30 grams of butter here. All actions with the addition and mixing of the ingredients are performed with the fire on.
  4. Mix thoroughly with a kitchen spatula until the cheese and butter are completely melted. We also try the dish to taste, if necessary, add salt. Sprinkle pasta with 1-2 pinches of black pepper, mix. Under the tap, wash a small amount of fresh parsley, about half a small bunch, chop it finely, sprinkle the pasta on top. Now turn off the fire.
