Ingredients
- Minced meat - 800 g
- Spinach - 1 bunch
- Hard cheese - 50 g
- Breadcrumbs - 50 g
- Eggs - 6 pcs.
- Salt and other spices to taste
Step cooking
- In a separate deep container, mix 800 g of minced meat, 50 g of hard cheese, 1 egg, 50 g of breadcrumbs, salt and other seasonings to taste.
- Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
- Cut spinach leaves into a separate deep bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let the leaves stand for a couple of minutes and drop them in a colander. At that stage, you can also boil 5 eggs.
- On a sheet of parchment paper, evenly distribute the meat composition you previously prepared. Try to make an even rectangle.
- Spread the spinach leaves evenly on top of the minced meat.
- Next, lay the boiled eggs in a row.
- Roll your roll in the form of a roll, starting from the side where the eggs are located.
- Squeeze the ends of the parchment paper and send the roll into the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Cut the finished roll and serve to the table.
