Step cooking
- Break one chicken egg into a deep bowl and add half a teaspoon of salt, shake. Pour there 300 ml of fat yogurt (at least 2.5%), pour 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar and mix thoroughly.
- After that add half a teaspoon of soda and stir again. The dough will begin to bubble on the surface.
- Then add the sifted flour in a volume of 600 grams and start kneading the dough. When the mass is thickened, you will need to shift it to the desktop and knead with the hands, lightly sprinkling it with flour.
- The dough is soft and not clogged with flour. Cover the prepared flour mixture with a bowl and let it “rest” for 20 minutes. It should increase in volume.
- After the specified time, it is necessary to roll the dough into a thin layer (approximately 3 mm thick).
- Cut it into strips about 5 cm wide. Separate each strip with a knife into small pieces.
- Make small cuts in the middle of each square and turn one edge of the dough through this hole - we form crumpets.
- Heat well 400-500 ml of vegetable oil (unrefined) in a deep pan and put our flour products there. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
- Put ready-made donuts on a plate covered with a paper towel so that it absorbs excess fat.
Our dumplings rose very well, turned out to be incredibly tasty and moderately fat. Enjoy your meal!

Will go well with jam or jam, poured on top. From drinks, both hot tea / coffee and a glass of milk are suitable. For the beauty of the design, you can sprinkle a little sugar powder on top.
