  2. Cut one onion in half, remove excess roots and husk. Rinse the onions. Cut the onion into small cubes. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Grind one or two small carrots in circles, and grate all other carrots on a coarse grater. We cut part of the carrots into circles and part three on a grater.
