Stuffed pita bread
Ingredients
- Hard cheese - 200 g
- Sausage - 250 g
- White cabbage - 200 g
- Boiled egg - 3 pcs.
- Pickled Cucumber - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise - 3-4 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- Finely chop 200 g of young white cabbage.
- Sausage (250 g) and 3 boiled eggs are cut into small cubes.
- Hard cheese (200 g) three on a coarse grater.
- Dice 1 pickled cucumber into small cubes.
- We mix the prepared ingredients in a bowl, add 2 garlic cloves, grated or skipped through the garlic press. Leave some cheese to sprinkle the finished pita bread on top.
- We fill the filling of 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise, mix well.
- Lay out a sheet of pita bread on a flat surface, grease with a thin layer of mayonnaise and spread half the filling, not reaching one edge.
- Level and twist into a roll. We also start the next sheet.
- We spread both pita bread on a baking sheet covered with parchment, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Cheese sticks
Ingredients
- Flour - 150 g
- Oatmeal flakes - 150 g
- Hard cheese - 100 g
- Butter - 150 g
- Milk - 6 tbsp. l
- Salt, ground black pepper - to taste
Step cooking
- Pour 150 g of oatmeal and 150 g of flour into a deep bowl.
- Add 150 g of cold butter, diced.
- Salt a little, pepper, mix with a spoon, and then rub it with your hands until smooth.
- 100 g of hard cheese, rub on a coarse grater and add to the bowl with the dough.
- Add 6 tbsp. l milk and knead again with your hands until a homogeneous dough.
- Roll out the dough into a layer with a thickness of about 4 mm.
- We cut the whole layer with rectangles of about 3x15 cm in size.
- We spread the sticks on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Lavash roll
Ingredients
- Pita - 230-250 g
- Boiled egg - 5 amount.
- Salad - 1 bunch
- Ground paprika, carripo - 1/3 tsp.
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- Coarse gravy 5 boiled eggs.
- Sprinkle eggs with ground sweet paprika and curry - 1/3 tsp each.
- Salt a little, put 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise and mix.
- Lavash the butter with egg filling, and lay the lettuce leaves on top.
- We turn everything into a roll, cut into portioned pieces and serve.
Cheese and Sausage Appetizer
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 0.5 kg
- Hard cheese - 300 g
- Cooked sausage - 200 g
- Tomato paste - 70 g
- Water - 70 g
- Onions - 1 head
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Dried basil - 1 tsp.
- Oregano - 0.5 tsp.
- Bay leaf - 1 pc.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil for frying - 2 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- First, prepare the sauce: finely chop 1 head of onion and 2 cloves of garlic.
- Fry chopped onions in vegetable oil in a pan. When the onion is browned, add the garlic and fry for another half a minute.
- Mix 70 g of water and tomato paste, pour into a pan, mix.
- Add 0.5 tsp to the sauce. salt, 1 tsp sugar, bay leaf, 1 tsp. basil and 0.5 tsp oregano.Mix everything, cover and simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Roll out the finished puff pastry (0.5 kg) with a thickness of 5-7 mm and grease with tomato sauce.
- Thinly chopped rings of boiled sausage or ham (200 g) are spread on the sauce.
- Hard cheese (300 g) is cut into thin plates and put on sausage.
- We turn everything into a roll, and then cut the roll into pieces 2-3 cm wide.
- We put the sliced pieces on a baking sheet covered with parchment so that there is space between them.
- Cook in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Stuffed Loaf
Ingredients
- White loaf - 1 pc.
- Onions - 1 head
- Butter - 50 g
- Fresh dill - 1 bunch
- Canned sardines in oil - 1 can
Step cooking
- First, prepare the loaf: cut the humpbacks, and then with the help of a long knife and fork, remove the crumb from it. Put the crumb in a bowl.
- Mash with a fork 1 can of sardines in oil, chop finely a bunch of green dill.
- Chop the onion head into small cubes and fry until golden.
- We collect the filling: in a bowl to the crushed crumb add sardines, 50 g of softened butter, dill, fried onions and mix.
- We start the loaf: first on one side, ramming the filling with a spoon, and then on the other.
- Wrap the baton in cling film and put it in the refrigerator to brew.
