Step cooking
Vegetable preparation
- 1 kg of my tomatoes, remove the stalk.
- We cut small tomatoes into 4 parts, larger ones into 6 parts.
- Cut 1 carrot into small cubes.
- Similarly, cut 1 large onion.
- We also cut 1 stalk of celery.
- First, wash, peel 500 g of potatoes, then cut into cubes.
- Finely chop 1 bunch of parsley.
Fish preparation
- We lay out on a cutting board 1 kg (7 pcs.) Of the finished fillet of white fish. We have pollock, but it can be replaced with hake, cod. Solim 1 tsp. salt on both sides. Sprinkle 1/3 tsp. black pepper also on two sides.
- Cut into portions. Divide one whole carcass into 6 - 8 pieces. Put in a bowl, leave to pickle while vegetables are cooked.
Grout
- Take 4 cloves of garlic, cut along, remove the core, put in a mortar. Pound the garlic with с tsp. salt.
- We take 2 pcs. sprats of spicy salting, separate the fillet from the ridge. Put in a mortar, grind the fillet with garlic and salt.
Cooking soup
- Take a pot with a thick bottom, pour 3 tbsp. l sunflower oil. We put on the fire, heat the oil in a pan. When the oil is heated, pour the chopped onions, carrots, celery into it.
- When the onion is fried until transparent, add a mixture of garlic, salt and sprats of spicy salting to the vegetables from the mortar. Fry for another 1 minute.
- Spread the chopped tomatoes. Pour 1 tsp. dry thyme, mix everything. Add ¼ tsp. chili pepper flakes. Simmer for 15 minutes on low heat without a lid.
- Now pour 1.5 liters of water into the pan, turn on the maximum heat to boil faster. When the water boils, salt and send the chopped potatoes there, mix. We make a small fire, tightly cover, leave to simmer for 30 minutes.
- We send the pickled fish fillet to the pan, mix, simmer for 10 minutes.
- After turning off the fire, add chopped parsley.
- Cover tightly with a lid, leave to cool and insist.

We made a meal that was easy for the stomach. There are no heavy fats in the soup, the fish in it is non-greasy, the minimum amount of time is cooked. The dish was very tasty, and the smell is simply incredible. Sprinkled with greens, the soup looks very appetizing and beautiful.
